The myborder.io app is a simple mobile application with a truly humanitarian purpose. The app enables users to record the locations of potentially vulnerable arrivals at Britain's shores, having taken the perilous journey across the English Channel on dangerous small boats. The purpose of the app is to gather a body of data that we hope can assist civic organisations in their efforts to provide instant humanitarian assistance to the victims of people trafficking gangs. By geolocating arrivals, we will be able to build a picture of regular routes and times used by trafficking gangs, helping authorities to map potential vulnerabilities at our border.

My Border does not require any personal information to be submitted by the user, enabling instances of potential illegality to be submitted discreetly and with complete anonymity.
