The app can read your steps automatically from your phone's pedometer or through services like Health Connect and turns them into points that you can collect and compare with others. For other types of exercise, such as swimming or cycling, you can easily record activity and time manually in the app.

With Movigo+ you can:
- Record steps automatically – the app reads your steps from your phone or connected services.
- Add activities manually - register, for example, swimming, cycling or gym sessions by entering the activity and number of minutes.
- Collect points – every step and activity earns points so you can easily track your progress over time.
- Compete with friends – connect with other users, follow each other's progress and see who collects the most points.
- Explore the map – see your friends and colleagues on a virtual map and be inspired by how far you have come together.

Movigo+ is used in health challenges, exercise programs and other activities that encourage more movement in everyday life. To use the app, you need a Movigo+ account, which you get access to through your employer or by purchasing access privately.
