Alba – Ung i sorg

Alba is an app for young people who have lost a parent or sibling, and was created to help young people deal with their grief. The app contains information about grief, tips on how to seek support, strategies and exercises for dealing with and processing grief, as well as tools for tracking your grief and your feelings over time.

Alba has been developed by researchers at Uppsala University together with young people who have themselves lost a family member and in collaboration with the organization Randiga Huset. The app is a self-help tool that can be used as a stand-alone support, together with others, or as a complement to professional support or treatment.
