ABOUT TRAIN MANAGER

TrainManager is an ecosystem for training where employers, suppliers and participants meet in order to facilitate skills management, planning, course implementation, administration, control and audit of skills requirements for businesses in need of skills monitoring.
TrainManagerApp is the tool for the participant and employee.

The following functions are available:

RACE BOARD
Gives you your skill status for the moment. There are different levels here. Not approved means you are below 70%. To be approved, you need to be in the 70-90% range, but you strive to reach the goal of passing well above 90%.
Very well passed means you exceed the target and reach 100%!

ACTION BOARD
Here are all the actions you can currently perform. Once completed, they are stored under MY CERTIFICATES.
Click to save your course dates in your calendar. Press play to run your e-course. Take part in information from employers.

FLASH BOARD
Here you can see which requirements you have with your current duties and which you still have to fulfill. Please note that requirements may change as your role changes.
Flip the medal to see the date, certificate, if and when it should be repeated. Hidden medal is a requirement you have not yet fulfilled. Check your ACTIONBOARD or contact your manager for support.

MY CERTIFICATES
Here are all your stored certificates. The symbols and signal colors reveal, for example, whether the certificate is valid or needs to be repeated in the near future. Do you have certificates that are not on the list? Go to UPLOAD and submit to us for registration.

UPLOAD
Here you can upload your certificates, evidence and documents linked to a course or qualification. We will then validate these before registration in MY CERTIFICATES.
