Start Clock (Go!) is a precise race start timer for interval and chasing (pursuit) events — ideal for orienteering, stair climbs, cross-country and downhill skiing, rally, RC cars and more. It runs on phones and tablets, supports GNSS (GPS/GLONASS/BeiDou/Galileo) time synchronization, and offers flexible time offsets so you can align with a race timing system or postpone a race while keeping original start times.

The app gives audible pre-warnings and second-by-second beeps at the start, shows current time/countdown/relative time, and offers many customizable options: light/dark themes, selectable text/background colors, starting-window indicators, single-color or image backgrounds, and two overlay messages. Import start lists via IOF Data Standard 3.0 XML or CSV, detect false starts with an external start gate, take a photo at the start signal, and use interval or chasing start modes. Exactly what I've been looking for after trying many many apps. No ads or other irritations. I needed a countdown timer with 5 second beeps for a cycle race, 20 seconds between each rider. This does exactly what I want. A nice addition would be to display the time along with the countdown seconds. Plus the ability to pause the timer. Great work!

Very useful to avoid carrying a full size clock to remote areas. Only a few percent battery used after 1 hour. A minor observation is that the 'get ready' beeps are not quite at regular 1s intervals.
