First of all they take 25% and what you are supposed to get is contact with clients. But it's hard to contact them if you get a job and when you have a bug on the app which happens all the time you can't talk to a person there's 20 different people "answering" and nothing being better. I think the reason is that they only want the guys they pay to work for the app to get the jobs.
