Varför har ni tagit bort möjligheten att se avtalet med kunderna innan man tackar ja till en förfrågan? Som tolk är det viktigt att tydligt kunna läsa igenom avtalet i förväg. Att behöva logga in på hemsidan och leta upp kunden för att hitta avtalet är både tidskrävande och onödigt
