Take a photo of a weekly letter or forward an email -- Alfred interprets the content and suggests events, reminders and tasks that you confirm with a click. You receive daily morning check-in notifications with the day's schedule, weather warnings if it's going to rain at outdoor training, and a reminder of the change day with a checklist.

Child profiles act as a shared fact sheet between parents: allergies, clothing and shoe sizes, swimming skills, car seats, school contacts and activities. The handover list ensures that the right things go with the child when changing.

Fixalistan are shared to-do lists for everything practical -- "buy new gym shoes", "book a performance review", "submit a form". The expense function keeps track of who has spent what and calculates the balance automatically. Receipt images are saved directly in the app.
