BILDA staff offers quality-assured staff at short notice for assignments from a few hours to several months. By downloading our app, you as a private person or company can get a profile and hire staff in several professional areas, e.g. schools, kitchens, serving, reception,
administration.

You register an assignment in the app and describe what you want help with. The assignment is published directly for our consultants with a matching profile. The consultants register their interest and are subsequently booked into the assignment. You avoid advertising, interviews and quality assurance of personnel and get quick feedback and can have an experienced consultant on site already the same day!

All staff are employed by BILDA, which handles all administration, salary payment, etc. and BILDA staff invoices you.

As a consultant at BILDA, you can decide for yourself when, where and how much you want to work. In the app, you will receive various job offers that match your profile and you can choose to register your interest in these assignments. BILDA is an authorized staffing company with a collective agreement.

In the app, you can also see your worked and upcoming work shifts, see your payroll, edit your profile, etc.
