This is the most incompetent company you can find for a phone subscription. I had three times a complete stranger on my invoice. Now they changed payment provider and nothing works. Autogiro cannot be set up. They hide the description how to somewhere deep in the FAQ. Then they send a reminder via sms with a 50% fee of your actual abonnemang. Answer via email is "why didn't you contact us earlier". Now they set up this horrendous app that doesn't work for payment neither.
