Signed up for trial, which I did not even use. Then I thought I cancelled at the same time as I uninstalled the app. I made sure I havd no active subscription too. Apparently not. Suddenly they charged me for a year's worth. I tried to explain that I don't want the app and have not even used it but they happily collected the money and basically told me to open my eyes next time. Bad customer experience. Very deceiving and sad as I will never recommend them, nor will they get my repeat business.

Deserves zero stars. I cancelled this subscription on the 8th of September, they then attempted to take payment on the 9th September. They have continued taking payments since, sometimes twice in one month. This is unacceptable. I would like my money refunded please.
