FriCamping

The FriCamping app helps you find and share places for free camping with a caravan — not commercial pitches that cost money, but real free camping in accordance with the right of public access.

HOW IT WORKS
• Find places on a map or in a filterable list.
• See details about each place: distance to shops, access to toilets, swimming/lake, sandy beach, mobile coverage, dog-friendly, etc.
• Add your own places with pictures, location and description.
• Filter the list on the features that are most important to you.

The FriCamping app is free to download and use. An optional premium subscription removes ads and unlocks more pictures and comments per place.

BUILT BY USERS, FOR USERS
All content in the app — places, pictures, descriptions — is user-generated. Find a great place? Share it so other free campers can enjoy it too.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITY
Fricamping is a great way to experience nature, but the rules vary depending on your location and are subject to change. The FriCamping app does not guarantee that a location in the app is legal, safe, or suitable for camping — it is always your own responsibility to check local regulations and landowner permission before setting up camp.
Never add locations on private land without permission, or where camping is explicitly prohibited.

MODERATION
Inappropriate or incorrect content can be reported directly in the app and handled by us. You can also block other users if you do not want to see their locations.
