The PEPP App

The PEPP app is developed by researchers at Karolinska Institutet and is aimed at women who have had preeclampsia. The app aims to convey evidence-based knowledge in lifestyle-related subject areas and contribute to healthy living habits. Information is conveyed through articles, podcasts and an interactive nutrition course. The app also includes functions to monitor blood pressure, weight and physical activity, and the participant receives feedback based on recorded metrics. Currently, the app is only available to participants in a research study.
