Update: now both the back swipe and picture enlargement work, so definitely a better experience. Only a darkmode left to get that last star😉 Also kudos for the dev to actually take their time to feedback!! No dark mode, back swipe does not work properly in android and weird way to enlarge pictures. Basically the app is terrible, but the idea of hygglo is great!

The primary issue is that the host has the ability to cancel a reservation on the scheduled pick-up day without facing any consequences. In such cases, the guest is unable to leave a review, and no compensation is provided. It is advisable not to rely on this app for important or time-sensitive bookings, as hosts may lack transparency and could potentially disrupt your plans without any recourse. Hygglo support is useless in these cases as well!
