The app works very well. Sometimes I find it a bit hard to navigate and not so intuitive where to find things, for example the manual for the bike. But everything is there and it works

I found the sign up procedure a little confusing, rented a bike but the lock wouldn't open or close all the way, so I locked it and sent a report. Discovered when I was at home hours later that the ride was still active and I couldn't stop the ride without being in Bluetooth range. To their credit, Goride service was 5 star! Called their number at 9pm on a Sunday and got through to a human immediately who was apologetic and understood. Ended the ride for me and it was refunded within 24 hours
