Our application provides tenants with access to general information about their apartments and rental properties. Users can also submit fault reports and service requests directly through the app through a special “Fault Report” form.

In the form, tenants can enter:

Personal information (name, email address and phone number)
Information about the apartment or property
Invoice or reference number
Type of problem (for example, electricity, plumbing, ventilation, windows/doors, flooring, appliances or other)
A detailed description of the problem

Submitted cases are handled by our support team and urgent cases are prioritized if necessary.
