In this regard, Screen Break is an intuitive extension that reminds you to take breaks at regular intervals to reduce eye strain. The extension allows you to adjust the frequency of the interval to suits your needs. Furthermore, the extension features customizable options to modify the overall appearance.

Permissions In an effort to be as transparent as possible with regards to privacy and permissions, the extension only requires the "Notifications" permission to run. This guarantees you get notified when the break is due.

I like this a lot, but lately it seems like pausing notifications or changing the notification schedule doesn't work. So it isn't really working as designed. Not sure why. Hope you can fix this when you can!
