ELA.schule is the app of the Heinrich-Kleyer-School in Frankfurt am Main for all students, trainees, and teachers. You log in with your HKS Moodle account.

Your daily schedule with substitutions, cancellations, and room changes at a glance. The weekly timeline shows ELA periods and holidays; swipe to scroll through the weeks. A line marks the current lesson.

ELA PLAN
On ELA days, you can see which teacher is available in which room and when, as well as which rooms are open. Your attendance requirement for the day is displayed directly above the whiteboards.

ATTENDANCE
On ELA days, you log in with a tap or via QR code and log out again at the end of the day. While you are present, you select the room you are currently working in or taking a break. Teachers can see in real time who is present.

NOTIFICATIONS
Changes to the substitute teacher schedule and other school news will arrive as push notifications.

EVEN WITHOUT A NETWORK
The timetable, ELA schedule, announcements, and courses remain available offline. The app displays the date and time of the last update and refreshes itself as soon as a network connection is available.

DATA PROTECTION
The app only processes data from your school and communicates only with the school's servers. No advertising, no sharing with third parties. You can find the privacy policy and legal notice in the app. The app is exclusively for members of the Heinrich-Kleyer-School with a valid account.
