SoundCloud Downloader adds a one-click button under SoundCloud tracks to download them as MP3 (128kbps) with embedded metadata (artwork, artist, title, genre, year, description) and the source URL.

This lightweight, client-side extension runs entirely in your browser with no data sent to third parties. It supports private tracks, both progressive and HLS transcoding, and a customizable file name format (see Preferences). No premium or login required; source code is available on GitHub.
