Its a great add-on, I wish "save-to-read" would allow favicon to show up whenever you click on the icon. That way you not only filter by date (newest and oldest) and by title, but also by the url's favicon. Sure you search by typing the url and you can also see the url when the full option is activated (instead of compact mode), but an option to show url's favicon can also help with navigating the list of to be read.

Please add the ability to open the URLs in a new tab. Right now it doesn't matter if I CTRL+Left-Click, Shift+Left-Click, or Right-Click the URL to bring up the context menu, it'll just force me to open in the current tab. Also, please add favicons. Regular bookmarks already have those, it makes it easier to tell what URLs are what at a glance. Otherwise it's a great app.
