App redirects users to the website for all functions, requiring reentry of information.
App is outdated and has not been updated to reflect current bus schedules.
Does not allow tracking of buses as advertised.
There is no cancellation option available after purchasing tickets.
Customer service is reportedly inadequate and unhelpful.

Waste of phone storage. Want a better Megabus App? Go to the official site on your mobile browser, then click the 3 dots on the top right and "Add to homepage" (or similar option) This will add a shortcut to your phone that looks like an app icon and will get you instant access to all the site's functions

Website directs you to "Megabus RIDE" app and it doesn't exist. This is what you get when that is typed in. There are no wifi download instructions in the app.The only button that functions ironically correct is the "buy tickets" button. And what does that button do? Directs you to the same website that told you to download this app to book tickets, AND you get to start all over again! Useless is the nicest way I can describe this app. USELESS.
