2026-08-28	M *****	When you download your resumes, they are saved as a screenshot PDF that will not upload into any job application, even when they specify that PDFs are accepted. Since it's a screenshot, you are also unable to edit the document after you download it. Extremely disappointed. Makes it hard to apply for jobs, and makes you look incapable (especially for any job requiring basic computer skills). So bummed I paid for the subscription, and wasted many hours. FYI I'm in my 20s and good with tech
