The diet takes into account individual characteristics of nutrition: calories (from 1200 to 1800 kCal), allergens, gluten / lactose intolerance, exclusion of certain foods (if necessary).

A healthy diet by Chef KETO is a balanced menu of complete nutrition for each day, developed with the participation of a chef and a nutritionist, in accordance with the rules of the keto diet. Rations are designed for three-, two- or one-time meals.
The diet takes into account individual characteristics of the diet: allergens, lactose intolerance, exclusion of certain foods (if necessary).
