App won't load anymore. As soon as I try to open it, it gets stuck on the loading screen and becomes totally unresponsive. I've enabled all permissions and cleared both data/cache, but nothing seems to be working to remedy the issue. I've used this app for years with no issues that I can remember, but unfortunately I'm totally out of options. Please fix ASAP!

Having had the app for 10 years, it has worked sometimes with no issues, and other times, it's a total glitch. Currently I have had enough points to redeem a gift card for six months, but it hasn't sent one, nor is there anywhere in the app that I can request it. Basically, they are gathering my data for free. It seems to be stuck at 350, and doesn't increase my points each week. Is this app still valid?
