2024-11-30	MO*****	I rated this experience 2 stars. The driving license process was smooth & efficient. However, I didn't give 3 stars due to some technical issues with the app: 1. During initial registration, the app displayed an error message (Something went wrong). Fortunately, the appointment staff helped resolve the issue. 2. The app is entirely in Arabic, and the language change option doesn't work. To improve the user experience, I kindly request that you optimize the app & resolve these technical issues.

My friend took computer test from dallah and he got the license next day . Whereas in JDS its been 2 days and there is no available appointment . Its too much time taking. They really need to fix this
