User Reviews

VW MOVE shows promise with a good concept and easy-to-use design, but is overwhelmed by stability and reliability problems. Recurrent crashes, buggy payments (including charges for failed rides), and driver availability issues lead to inconsistent experiences. UI and map glitches, plus weak customer support, compound frustration. If developers fix stability, payment reliability, driver availability, and support, the app could realize its potential.

Pros

The concept of VW MOVE is good and Move itself is nice.
Easy to use.
When it works, the app performs well for rides.
Some users feel it could be the best option (per one review).

Cons

Frequent crashes and bugs that render the app unusable or interrupt trips.
Payment issues, including card not saved, payments failing, and being charged for rides that did not occur or multiple times.
Driver availability and reliability problems, with drivers not showing up or long wait times and cancellations.
Poor user experience and map UI, including confusing navigation and inaccurate maps.
Unresponsive or difficult-to-reach customer support.

Recent reviews

what an absolutely terrible app. payments don't work properly, the drivers don't even know where they are going, and why on earth do they always phone beforehand??

DANGEROUS!!! They allow drivers to drive clients whilst holding their phone for GPS in their hand! As bad as texting and driving!! They need to either train them to use the center console or provide phone mounts.
