MOPA/SNS is a cutting-edge Mobile Order Processing Application designed as part of the Smart Nkunganire System (SNS). Developed through a public-private partnership between BK Techouse and the Rwanda Agriculture and Animal Resources Board (RAB), this extension aims to revolutionize the agriculture input supply chain by digitizing and streamlining processes.

Key features include creating a comprehensive subsidy scheme stakeholder database, monitoring agricultural input demand and supply at all levels, and promoting transparency and efficiency throughout the supply chain. Additionally, MOPA/SNS offers insightful analytics to support informed decision-making, fosters a green economy by enabling cashless payments, and facilitates access to agriculture insurance and financial services, empowering smallholder farmers to maximize their productivity and profitability.
