| 2026-07-27 | ha***** | Seems to work, but defaults to being able to read your data from *all* websites which is poor security practice and makes it seem suspicious. Weirdly, if you take the effort to disable that permission, the Ruffle extension still works just fine, falling back properly to allowing you to choose to run it per site. Until the developers fix that security issue, I only recommend this extension to people who feel expert enough to turn off that permission. The steps to do so are: Click the puzzle piece icon on the toolbar, click the gear next to the Ruffle extension, choose "Manage Extension", select the "Permissions and data" tab, turn off the slider for "Access your data for all websites". | |
