Overall, users praise the app for its huge, high-quality 4K wallpaper collection, easy browsing and applying, and frequent updates. Download/save and search by item or color are also noted, along with a minimal ads experience. A few isolated concerns exist: occasional UI quirks (returning to the top), removal of the per-screen wallpaper option, a clipped settings page, and a malware registration report. Recent reviews

This is by far the best wallpaper app for Android ever. No doubt about it. However, it's not perfect. There are too many repetitive images that are identical or close enough. And then there are images that aren't really images like words or logos. I've mentioned this to the devs before, but they don't seem to want to do anything about it.
