An application for employees who inspect wagons in order to prevent their unjustified transfer to a non-working fleet.
With the “Wagon Inspection” application, the inspection of cars uncoupled for routine repairs will become easier, and your smartphone will turn into a convenient workplace and a faithful assistant, allowing you to:
Confirm or refute the decision to transfer the car to the non-working fleet.
Initiate discarding of the car or change the type of repair assigned to the car.
In the application you can:
Log in to the system using your phone number.
Create a personal unique PIN code to quickly and securely log into the application.
Work with the application even in the absence of the Internet - all data entered offline is saved. If you accidentally exit the application, you can return to work without losing previously entered data.
Promptly receive information by car number:
List of fault codes assigned to the car.
Car passport.
Car configuration sheet.
Make changes to the car configuration sheet based on the inspection results.
Verify reported violations.
Draw up a conclusion for each fault code of the car with confirmation or refutation of the declared violation.
Attach to the conclusion:
Measurements (depending on the fault code).
Photos.
Comments (text or voice).
Record additional car faults discovered during inspection.
Send the final conclusion based on the results of the car inspection to the company’s accounting system.
Save the conclusion as a PDF file on your smartphone to print or forward.
