The first version of the app addresses two key objectives: keeping employees informed and providing prompt support.

• News Feed. A single channel for publishing important announcements, changes to internal documents, surveys, and greetings. All relevant information in one place—no more searching through emails or asking colleagues. Comments allow you to ask a question and receive a public answer, eliminating endless follow-up calls.

• Support. Information on how to contact technical support for any questions about using the app, and a section with answers to frequently asked questions. This reduces the workload on administrative staff and gives employees quick access to help at any time.
