The application was created to receive free consultations on-line, with the possibility of live communication via chat, the ability to upload photos and videos, audio messages. Answers to the most interesting questions will add to the informative base of the ABC of Accessibility ONLINE project for reuse. The project is being implemented with the support of the Moscow Mayor's Grants for socially oriented NGOs of the Committee for Public Relations and Youth Policy of the City of Moscow.

The ABC of Accessibility ONLINE project is aimed at improving the living environment of Moscow residents, improving the quality of life of people with limited mobility, people with disabilities, and spreading the positive experience of the capital to other regions of the country. In the application, you can find quick answers to accessibility questions in the “Express Chat”, and complex questions will be answered in real time by a project expert in the “My Questions” section. The "News" section allows you to keep abreast of the latest developments in the project.

The application is partially synchronized with a special web portal for the accessible environment ABC of Accessibility ONLINE. There you will find a lot of useful information on the Accessible Environment: educational online events, video tutorials, VR scenes with examples of arranging an accessible environment.

The project allows you to remotely receive knowledge, specific advice and advice on how to properly ensure accessibility in a given situation, what are the basic requirements of the rules and regulations, what you need to pay attention to when designing, building, repairing, re-equipping buildings, premises and structures. The dry requirements of the rules and regulations are illustrated by living examples of positive practices of the capital, other cities of Russia and the world, and the technologies of individual counseling and public educational online events provide free feedback of target audiences.
