The goal of the game is to enter a high performance state (HPS). The condition is characterized by increased brain activity (relative to the normal state). This helps to make decisions, get answers to difficult questions, find ways out of problem situations, and maybe even significantly change the attitude towards such situations.

A rectangle of a random color with the name of the color is randomly shown in different parts of the screen. The name of the color may not match the color of the rectangle. The goal of the game is to name the color whose name is written in the rectangle. Also, instead of the name of the color, the words "COTTON" and "JUMP" may appear. When the word "COTTON" appears, you need to clap your hands, and when the word "JUMP" appears, jump slightly. These options are configurable and can be disabled.

In the game settings you can set:

• Number of colors up to 9: blue, green, red, brown, orange, pink, purple, yellow, turquoise;
• Percentage of matches between color and color name;
• Style of writing words;
• Percentage of claps for the game;
• Percentage of jumps for the game;
• Location of text on the screen: random or in the center;

GO TO THE GAME

Change the position of the body, breathing, shake your shoulders. And go straight to the game.

DIRECT GAME

Choose the speed of the game so that it is difficult and interesting enough for you to play, so that the game is fun.

Choose a game time: minimum 2 minutes, recommended about 10 - 15 minutes.

Start the game.

A rectangle with the name of a random color or the words "clap" or "jump" is shown on the screen in a random color. Sometimes the color name and the displayed color of the rectangle may be the same, and sometimes not. It is necessary to name the color regardless of the written word. In this case, if the word "clap" is displayed, you must clap your hands. When the word "jump" is displayed, you need to jump slightly.
