Naumen SMP

Naumen SMP is a mobile client for the Naumen Service Management Platform that enables support staff, field engineers, managers and end users to handle requests and tasks from their smartphones. Register and update requests, change statuses and assignees, add comments, files and photos, scan barcodes for equipment inventory, build routes with geolocation, track work time and receive push notifications. Full-text search, approvals and subscriptions to key requests help teams stay aligned.

The app adapts to your business processes without programming and offers easy configuration for objects and interface parameters. It supports multiple accounts, provides limited offline access to previously opened cards (including adding comments and some actions), and integrates with the Naumen SMP server requiring the "Mobile client" module. Recommended server version: 4.11.0.7 or higher.
