It draws from trusted sources including the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC), the Federal Customs Service of Russia, ConsultantPlus, and Garant, with an on-device database for offline access. It is an independent product and does not represent any government agency or political affiliation.

Features include a flexible TN VED classifier with bookmarks, a glossary, explanations of the TN VED, and detailed commodity reports (tariff and non-tariff measures, PCR decisions, OIP register entries, delivery locations, and pricing). It can forward reports via email, SMS/MMS, or instant messenger, and provides two calculation modes (simplified and expert) with multi-currency support.
