Surprise — new balance food

Surprise isn't healthy or fast food. It's food you create to suit your needs.

Usually, you're given a menu where everything is already decided for you: either it's right or it isn't. We've done the opposite. Protein, side dish, dip, sauces, oils—you choose what you want today. If you want it light and clean, it'll be light. If you want it hearty and delicious, that's also a no-brainer.

This isn't a bowl.
The ingredients aren't simply thrown onto a plate. Each combination comes together to form a complete dish—with flavor balance and presentation. You assemble it yourself, but you get a complete meal, not a construction set of parts.
