SMV Audio Editor is an Android audio editor and recorder that lets you cut, trim, merge and mix audio, split by markers, and export to multiple formats. It supports direct cut and split of lossy-encoded files (MP3, AAC/M4A, OGG, Opus, AC3) without re-encoding, and can autosplit while recoding to MP3, Ogg, Opus, FLAC, or WAV.

SMV Audio Editor also offers a suite of filters and effects (graphic and parametric EQ, phaser, flanger, pitch shifter, reverb, high/low pass), downmixing to stereo or mono, stereo enhancement, speed/tempo changes, noise reduction, DC offset correction, and an audio tag editor. A built-in file manager and intuitive UI help you manage inputs and outputs, with broad format support for input (8-32 bit, 8-48 kHz, 1-8 channels) and output (PCM-Wave, Ogg Vorbis, Opus, FLAC, MP3, WavPack, AAC/HE-AAC via system encoder). Free version includes all features but saves are limited to 5 minutes and advertisements are shown.
