Scan21C: сканер заказов для 1С

Scan21C is a mobile app for collecting orders using barcodes and exchanging them with 1C. It helps you quickly scan items, check the order contents, save the scanned data, print the invoice as a PDF, and transfer the order to the accounting system.

The app is suitable for stores, warehouses, retail outlets, small businesses, and employees who collect orders, move goods, or prepare documents based on scanned items.

With Scan21C, you can scan barcodes with your device's camera, add items to an order, change the quantity, price, and discount, view the total, save orders, and return to them later. Saved orders can be edited if this is allowed in the settings.

The app supports 1C via an HTTP service. References can be downloaded from 1C: items, price types, organizations, and warehouses. After selecting the price type, organization, and warehouse, the application can retrieve the current price and inventory balance upon scanning, and download the items to a local cache for offline operation.

A completed order can be sent to 1C manually or automatically immediately after saving. The order is transferred in CSV format with full information: items, quantities, prices, discounts, selected organization, warehouse, price type, currency, and comments. This is convenient for order processing in 1C and for backup file sharing.

Scan21C also allows you to generate a PDF invoice for your order. The PDF can be printed, saved, or sent via apps available on your device. The invoice includes prices, discounts, quantities, totals, and the order currency.

Exchange with 1C requires a configured HTTP service on the infobase side. The user specifies the server address, login, password, and connection parameters. The application does not provide a cloud service and does not store order data on the developer's servers.

Scan21C does not contain advertising, advertising SDKs, or analytics services. Order data is stored on the user's device and is transmitted only to the 1C server specified by the user in the settings, or through the system's file sending functions if the user chooses to do so.

The application is designed for business use and helps simplify daily operations with barcodes, orders, and 1C exchanges.
