"Inner Voice" is an AI-powered diary of emotions and moods. Speak or write about your day, and in five minutes you'll see what's happening to you.
How it works:
• You talk about your day with your voice or text. No blank page: you can just talk it out.
• Close the day—the app carefully analyzes the entry: what emotions you experienced, what triggered it, what to focus on.
• You see a state index from 0–100, with clear reasons and a weekly trend.
• Once a week, we show you what was repeated.
Why people don't abandon it like regular diaries:
• It's faster to write than to type. A few minutes in the evening—and that's it.
