The application interacts with the EAM platform Axiom 3:0, configuration “Axiom: Real Estate” and is used by employees and tenants to perform the following functions:

Transferring tenant requests to the service manager on the Axiom platform portal:
Elimination of local and mass incidents
Fixing faults, breakdowns of inventory, machinery and equipment
Filling out applications for the provision of various services, booking premises, transport and special equipment
Ordering cleaning and other services
Filling out applications for placement and relocation of employees
Confirmation of the fulfillment of applications and assessment of the quality of work performed

Transmission of readings from metering devices (meters):

Selecting a property from those available to the tenant
Viewing the history of readings for each meter of the selected object
Entering new meter readings
Transmission of meter readings
