Кривое приложение. Размножили меня на три личных кабинета. Баллы начисляются криво. Поддержка info@helix ru в лице одной из сотрудниц совершенно некомпетентна в технических вопросах по поводу багов в приложении. На письма отвечают отписками. Не вникают в суть дела ни на горячей линии ни по почте. Была клиентом несколько лет. Анализов на сотни тысяч. Перехожу в другую сеть.
