BeInTouch is a convenient service for restaurants working with iiko to communicate with guests through chat bots and a mobile application.
You can send mailings by segments of the iikoCard database or by various triggers, collect reviews, offer new services, inform the client about the delivery process, and much more.
The guest will always be able to talk to the restaurant through the messenger that he is used to using.
The service is able to work with previously issued electronic cards, so it is very easy to transfer guests to it.
