Heart Monitor

Heart Monitor is a personal wellness journal. Your phone's camera and flash
are used for a contact photoplethysmography (PPG) pulse reading — just press
your finger against the lens for 30 seconds.

• Use the manual journal to log readings from external devices — a blood
pressure cuff, pulse oximeter, or fitness band

• View trend charts for every metric
• Export to PDF to keep or share with yourself
• Personal profile (age, sex, height, weight) with BMI
• Light, dark, and system themes
• English and Russian UI

• All data stays on your device
• No account, no cloud, no sign-up

• The camera is active only during a measurement

HOW TO MEASURE
1. Open the app and fill out the short profile
2. Tap "Measure"
3. Press your finger firmly against the rear camera so it covers both the
lens and the flash
4. Hold still for 30 seconds
5. Save the reading and follow your trends over time
