The administration of the city of Yekaterinburg, within the framework of the departmental project "Smart City" of the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Utilities of the Russian Federation, presents a digital platform for involving the citizens of Yekaterinburg in issues of urban economy.
You have the opportunity to show an active civic position by submitting a statement on incidents occurring in the city of Yekaterinburg, indicating the type of object, type of violation, geo-location and photo attachment.
In the current beta version of the product, the first module "Quality control of the provision of transport services" is presented for use.
The functionality of filing claims for violations of the following types of objects is available for your use:
- public transport;
- traffic light objects;
- stopping points.
