2022-09-23	Ka*****	When my online order disappeared....I was waiting up to 2-3 weeks for each email response. I was waiting 2 months for the shoes that I purchased for my baby and in the end the Ecco Team confirmed the Courier has damaged the shoes and re-shipping is not possible. This is ridiculous team of ignorants, who know very well how to ignore the Customers, and it has nothing to do with a Customer Service!!!!!!!!!!! I could send you an Owl with a letter attached to it's leg, and it would be still the same
