The DIRECT MED app organizes communication between doctors and patients, keeping the doctor's contact information confidential. Communication can take place via text messages, audio, or video calls within a consultation.

If a doctor initiates a call during a consultation, the app displays the incoming call with a full-screen notification so the user can promptly respond and continue the conversation.

Communications are divided into requests, and you can always view them in your history.
Each doctor has a personal ID number that can be used to find them.
Registration for doctors and patients is free.
