A feed of your building's events: scheduled maintenance, outages, incidents, and announcements. See at a glance what's happening in your building and courtyard.

APPLICATIONS
Is the elevator broken, is the faucet leaking, or isn't the intercom working? Create a request directly from the app: add a photo, specify the address, and it will be immediately sent to the dispatcher. The status, the contractor, and the conversation are all collected in one window. You'll receive a notification when the technician closes the request.

GUEST AND COURIER PASSES
Issue a one-time or permanent vehicle pass in 30 seconds: number, visit date, purpose—and it's ready. Security sees your pass at the checkpoint without any calls or approvals.

VOTES AND SURVEYS
General meetings of owners, landscaping surveys, contractor selection—vote online from the comfort of your home. Results are available immediately after the survey closes.

NEWS AND EVENTS
Be the first to know about yard celebrations, site work, changes to the garbage collection schedule, and meetings.

DOCUMENTS
Contracts, meeting minutes, technical data sheets—official building documents are available 24/7.

PROFILE
Manage your addresses, contacts, and notification subscriptions. One account can be linked to multiple apartments—convenient if you own several properties in the complex.

SECURITY
Registration via email with code confirmation and password login. The management company verifies the association of each address with an owner through the registry—no one will have access to your applications and votes without verification. NOTIFICATIONS
Messages about application statuses, new surveys, address confirmation, and important management company announcements. Flexible customization by type—leave only what's important to you.
