Balaska is an application for processing and supporting applications for the removal of garbage, construction and industrial waste to individuals and legal entities by container or other means.

- To register a customer in Balaska, only a phone number and E-mail are required.

- Placing an order for garbage removal is implemented as simply and conveniently as possible: in a couple of clicks, a photograph of the garbage object is taken, the exact geographical coordinates are determined, and the order is transferred to the dispatcher.

- Additionally, you can specify the desired time of arrival of the garbage truck and the number of loaders. Garbage removal companies operating in this geographic area are automatically selected by coordinates.

- The dispatcher of the company chosen by the customer, based on photographs and coordinates, determines the type of transport, the possibility of its delivery at the right time to the object, calculates the price according to the price list, and sends an invoice for payment to the customer’s smartphone.

-The customer pays for the removal from the application immediately with a bank card or pays a bank bill, and sends a copy of the check or payment order to the dispatcher in the application.

- To agree on additional conditions and nuances, the Balaska application has implemented a chat with the dispatcher and driver.

- Information about the driver’s departure to the site, a photo of the garbage upon arrival, a photo of the completion of loading, the customer’s application receives via instant messages with duplication via email.
