Aquarto is a real estate listing aggregator. The service connects to databases of properties for sale, applying preset filters and searching for apartments with a map where you can select the desired area. Algorithms scan listings 24/7, collecting information in the app. This allows you to search for apartments without switching between websites.

Data Sources

The app aggregates listings from Yandex.Real Estate, CIAN, and Avito. The current database size is 933,000 listings. Work is underway to integrate additional sources, such as DomClick, M2, and Yula, to make finding and buying an apartment on the secondary market even easier.

An interactive map with a circle feature makes searching for apartments in the desired area more accurate.

The system identifies duplicate listings for the same property, even with differences in descriptions or photos. The service displays property prices on different platforms, allowing you to compare prices of apartments from different agents or sellers.

Users can customize their property search parameters: location, area, number of rooms, and budget. When a property matching the filters appears on the market, the service sends an instant notification via Telegram, making searching for an apartment online even easier.
