Aplikasi sangat membantu untuk pendaftaran. Hanya saja tidak efektif ketika checkin, sering terjadi masalah. Dan yang lebih parahnya, kesalahan data dari aplikasi dilimpahkan kepada pasien. Pasien yang harus kesana kemari untuk melakukan perubahan data. Sehingga pengobatan pasien bisa terhambat sampai lebih dari 1 jam. Mohon untuk segera diperbaiki dan ditingkatkan lagi ketelitian dari tim IT, agar tidak menghambat pengobatan pasien.
